1) What is Raywud furniture made of?
Raywud products are made using premium engineered wood, designed for durability, stability, and everyday use.
2) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery with partial payment. A small advance amount is payable online to confirm the order, and the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery (COD).
Availability may vary by product and location.
3) How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your city and courier partner availability. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
4) How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email / SMS / WhatsApp.
5) Do you offer returns?
No. Due to the nature of our products (heavy/large shipments) and logistics costs involved, Raywud does not offer returns.
6) What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product is damaged during transit, we provide replacement of affected part(s).
You must raise a request within 10 days of delivery.
7) How do I raise a replacement request?

8) Will the wood shade / finish look exactly like the website images?
Wood textures and shades may show slight variations due to lighting, screen settings, and natural grain patterns. This is normal and not considered a defect.
9) Does the product require assembly?
All products require DIY assembly. Assembly details will be mentioned on the product page.
10) Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped/dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
11) Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately.
