• Advance Payment: 15% of the total order value (paid online at checkout).

1. How Partial Payment Works

Our Partial Payment option is designed to give you flexibility while helping us process and reserve your order efficiently.

• Initial Payment (Online): Pay 15% of your total order value at checkout as an advance to confirm your order.
• Due Amount (Later): Pay the remaining 85% either:
  • Online via payment link (UPI / Card / Wallet / Bank Transfer), or
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

• Your order is confirmed only after the 15% advance payment is received successfully.
• Once confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with:
• Order summary
• Advance payment receipt
• Remaining amount details
• Instructions for paying the balance (if online payment is chosen)

4. Delivery Process

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Please inspect the outer packaging before making the final payment.
• If the package appears tampered or damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If you pre-pay the remaining amount online

• No payment is due at delivery.
• Simply receive your order and enjoy your Raywud product.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Advance Payment (15%)

• The 15% advance payment is non-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order (to cover order processing and logistics preparation).

If Remaining Amount Was Paid Online

• Fully refundable if the order is cancelled before shipping/dispatch.
• Non-refundable after shipping/dispatch (return shipping fees may apply as per return policy).

Failed Deliveries

• After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled.
• The 15% advance payment may be forfeited.
• Any online payment made toward the remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded as per policy.

6. Offers, Coupons & Eligibility

• Discount coupons or promotional offers may not apply to orders placed using the Partial Payment option, unless explicitly stated.
• Partial Payment may be available only on select products, serviceable pin codes, and eligible order values.
• Raywud reserves the right to enable or disable this payment option for certain orders.

7. Your Agreement

By choosing “Partial Payment (Advance + COD)” at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
