Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

3. Delivery Method

Most products are shipped in Knock-Down (Flat-Pack) form to ensure safe transit.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping applies to most areas across India.

For certain remote, hilly, or restricted access regions, extra shipping costs may apply. Customers will be notified before dispatch if applicable.
5. Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.

If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery.

If the product returns to us due to failed attempts or unreachable contact details, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Inspection at Delivery
We strongly advise customers to:

Open the package upon delivery.

Check for damage, missing parts, or manufacturing defects.

Take clear photos/videos if any issue is found.
Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours to contact@raywud.com/9810159911 with supporting images.
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or phone number, re-shipping charges may apply and delivery timelines may be affected.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not ship single pieces outside India. For Bulk International orders, you may get in touch with us.
