2. Products & Information

  • We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.

  • However, product colors/finishes may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and natural grain patterns of wood.

  • Minor variations in shade, grain, and texture are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Product prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and offers may change without notice.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment (full prepaid or partial prepaid in case of COD).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

  • In case of cancellation from our end, any payment received will be refunded as per applicable timelines.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment

  • Raywud may offer Cash on Delivery with partial payment, where a small advance amount is paid online to confirm the order.

  • The remaining amount is payable at delivery.

  • COD availability depends on product type and delivery location.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier operations and serviceable areas.

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our direct control.

7. Returns Policy

  • Due to heavy/large shipments and logistics costs, Raywud does not offer returns.

8. Transit Damage / Replacement Policy

  • If a product is received damaged in transit, Raywud provides replacement of affected parts only.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

  • Customers must share unboxing photos/videos and packaging images for verification.

  • Replacement dispatch depends on part availability.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, logo, product designs, text, and graphics are the property of Raywud and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Raywud will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Color/finish variations due to natural wood patterns or screen lighting differences

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
