At Raywud, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Since furniture is bulky and requires careful logistics, we have separate policies for transit damage replacements and returns due to change of mind.

1. Replacement Policy (Transit Damage)

We take great care in packaging our products, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. If your product arrives with any damaged parts, we offer a free replacement of the affected part(s).

Conditions for Free Replacement

  • The request must be raised within 10 days of product delivery.
  • The damage must be caused during shipping/transit.
  • This policy does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

Please email us at contact@raywud.com with the following:

  1. Subject Line: Replacement Request - Order #[Your Order ID]
  2. Your Order ID
  3. Clear unboxing video and photos showing the damaged part(s) and packaging
  4. Brief description of the issue

Our team reviews replacement requests within 24–48 working hours and ships replacement parts at no extra cost.

2. Return Policy (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage/defect, you may request a return. Since furniture involves high reverse logistics costs, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for Returns

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be in original, unused condition.
  • Product must be returned with original packaging, all parts, and accessories.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@raywud.com with subject line: Return Request - Order #[Your Order ID]
  2. Our team will share return authorization and an estimate of return shipping charges.
  3. Once you approve the charges, we will arrange pickup through our logistics partner.
  4. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, after deducting applicable return shipping charges.

3. General Terms

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and will be treated as a return request.
  • Wood & Finish Variations: Slight differences in wood grain, texture, or shade may occur due to natural material variation and screen display settings. These are not considered defects.
